In episode #10 of "Scaling So Far", Matt Ellis is joined by James Routledge – Founder of Sanctus.

Sanctus is the company changing the perception of mental health and building the world’s first mental health gyms. With a shift in awareness and a rise in mental health issues, more people than ever are talking about their mental health and wellbeing at work. Through Sanctus Coaching, the team has created a space that allows these conversations to happen in the right way.

James shares some of his learnings when it comes to scaling the Sanctus team, as well as advice on how you can make it easier for employees to talk about mental health in the workplace.
